                      Leadership is critical!

It is more than just scooping a headline or pounding a gavel. Like never before, we need relevant, authentic and forward-thinking leaders who understand the complexities of governing during times of uncertainty and change. We need leaders who are going to be proactive and intentional instead of reactive and accidental.

Communities who are superstar at service delivery embrace a system of asset management. Whether you are an elected official or a municipal staff member, you each have a different yet critical role in managing the community’s infrastructure so that it continues to provide safe, sustainable, secure services in a predictable, cost effective manner both now and into the future. If you are curious about:

  • What are the roles and responsibilities of local government and its elected officials?

  •  How to ensure that community services are delivered in a social, economic, and environmentally responsible manner?

  • How to make decisions today that will protect future generations?

  • How to make yourself even more relevant in your leadership role?

Then this workshop is for you. This session will provide an overview of asset management for sustainable service delivery and examine the role of elected officials and municipal staff. We promise you an entertaining, challenging, thought provoking, and engaging experience that will leave you more strategic in your thinking and more intentional in your leadership role.

Join us for an interactive dialogue around sustainable service delivery-everyone welcome.
